About the event
We are kicking off the season with a mushroom hunt in Hanover on a beautiful nature preserve! Join us as we search for late spring and early summer fungi, learn about the land, and hopefully fill our ID table with lots to talk about at the end!
Please be sure to dress appropriately for the weather and our naturally rugged environment. Even if the trail is smooth, we will be meandering into the woods a bit to look for mushrooms. Hiking/mud boots, protective clothing, bug/tick repellent, and water are all highly encouraged. Feel free to bring a basket or bag to collect your finds!
