Individual memberships are $20 per year, and household memberships are $30. They can be purchased through the website, or in person at events.

PLEASE, be sure to include all necessary information (full location including state and country, if it was human/dog/cat/horse, etc. that ate it, and time in minutes/hours since witnessed ingestion). Experts will be alerted and will provide the best possible ID for you to then inform poison control or your vet for appropriate treatment.
